Take the ME-109/ME-9 exit (Exit 19) toward Wells/Sanford. Turn left onto Sanford Rd/ME-9/ME-109. Turn right onto Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Post Rd/US-1/Blue Star Memorial Hwy.
